User Interface design for a tabletop card game? You bet. The challenge of designing components for this game derived from the need to store as many as (16) 8mm cubes on the face of the card – while still allowing for readability of the card’s content!
Additional planning was needed to make efficient use of the play area which would have numerous cards, playmats and tokens in front of each player. See an excerpt from the rulebook (above) showing how I recommended the game be laid out for best play experience.
